For customers

How do I claim a deal?

Tap a deal and tap “Claim.” You then have 48 hours to use it. You can call, book, or get directions from the deal screen, but the redemption is completed when the business scans your QR code in person.

I claimed a deal but didn't use it. Was I charged?

No. Customers never pay MyGreenDeals to claim. We only charge the business after you redeem at the business and they scan your QR code. Taps on call, directions, or booking buttons are not billed.

How do reward points work?

You earn points based on the lead price of each deal you redeem, with a Gold multiplier if you're a Gold member. Spend points on reward-only deals from local businesses. See the Rewards page for your current balance.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings -> Delete account. Deletion is permanent and scrubs your personal information from our records. You can also Deactivate your account first if you'd like to take a break without deleting.

For businesses

How does verification work?

We run an EIN format check (optional for sole proprietors), a Google Places lookup, and an AI verdict over the bundle. Most businesses approve in seconds. If we flag your account we'll ask you to upload a W-9, EIN letter, or business license to finish the review.

When do I get billed?

We only bill after a customer redeems in person and your staff scans their QR code. Calls, directions, and booking taps are tracked for reporting, and billed scans are charged to your saved card every Monday.

How do I add another location?

Open the business dashboard -> Locations -> Add. The first location is free; locations 2-7 require the Pro plan ($29/mo per extra location, billed via Stripe).

Can I dispute a charge?

Yes. Open the charge from the dashboard and tap Dispute - an admin will review the claim, scan, and related activity before making a call. Disputes filed within 30 days of the billed scan are eligible.
